Reports in the Zoola Workflow

Reports are the foundational element within the Zoola™ Workflow. They are the "finalized" versions of Ad Hoc Views in which you can format, filter, and export for presentation purposes.

Once you have selected the fields, measures, visualizations, and filters in an Ad Hoc View, you can save the View as a Report. Once a copy of the View has been saved as a Report, the new copy has a set inclusion of fields and measures, and all analysis and exploration of data is focused on applying settings to the filters to display specific forms of data.
