Exporting a Dashboard

You can create a snapshot of a Dashboard and save it on your computer. Exporting a Dashboard requires that the Export button for the Dashboard has been enabled in the Dashboard Properties window in the Dashboard Designer (for more information, see Introduction to Dashboards).

To export a Dashboard, complete the following steps:

1. Select View > Repository and search or browse for the Dashboard you want to export.
2. Open the Dashboard.
3. Hover over the Export icon and select the export format from the drop-down list. 
   The available formats are:
   • PNG
   • PDF
   • DOCX
   • ODT
   • PPTX
4. Once you select the export format, a snapshot of your Dashboard in the specified format will be downloaded to your browser.
